6.4 Confirming SNMP trap information
When an SNMP agent function is used in the router, the event notification called a
trap where a failure which has occured is transmitted to the SNMP manager. The
change in the state of a router can be recognized by this trap information, so confirm
the change regularly during operation. The trap information peculiar to the router is
shown in the table below.
See Section 33.1 of GR2000 Operations Log and MIB Reference for other trap
information.

5 gr2kAtmPvcTrap Notifies a PVC failure. When one or more PVC in an ATM interface is newly
put into the communication disable state.
